Buying and downloading

Where do I download my files?

Right on the order confirmation page, the moment payment goes through. Everything you buy also appears in Account → Library, where you can download it again whenever you like.

I checked out as a guest. How do I get back to my files?

Create an account, then claim the order with its order number. It starts with order_ and appears on your confirmation page. Once claimed, the order and its files live in your Library.

Why did my download link expire?

Each link works for 15 minutes so it can't be passed around. Open your Library and click Download again. A fresh link is created every time, with no limit on how often you download.

Can I buy now?

Not yet. Checkout opens soon; we're finishing payment setup. Leave your email with Notify me on any product page and we'll write once, the day you can buy. Starter Five is free to download right now.

Can I pay in US dollars?

You can browse with US dollar prices. When checkout opens it will run in Chinese yuan, and one click will move your bag over with everything still in it.

How does "Buy one, get one 50% off" work?

Put two wallpaper packs in your bag. The cheaper of the two is half price. The discount applies automatically; there's no code to enter. The All Wallpapers bundle and the free Starter Pack are not included.

Files

What sizes are the wallpapers?

Every pack has a desktop set in 16:9 and a phone set made for tall screens, delivered as PNG. The exact pixel size of each pack is listed under Details on its product page. Screens with a different shape crop the image slightly at the edges when you set it. Look at the previews on each product page before you buy.

How are the wallpapers made?

Each series is a 3D scene we build and render in Blender: our own shapes, materials and light, with no stock photos, no downloaded textures and no AI image generators. Desktop and phone versions are framed separately, so the phone set isn't just a crop of the desktop one.

How do I set a wallpaper on my Mac?

Unzip the pack. Open System Settings → Wallpaper, choose Add Folder, and pick the desktop folder. To rotate through the set, turn on automatic shuffle.

How do I set a wallpaper on my iPhone?

Save the phone image to Photos, then open Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper and choose it. Pinch to adjust the crop before you tap Add.

I bought a pack, then the bundle. Can I get the pack refunded?

Yes, if you buy the bundle within 14 days of the pack. Contact us with both order numbers and we'll refund what you paid for the pack. Details are in the Refund policy.

Can I use your files to train an AI model?

No. Our files may not be used to train or fine-tune AI models, or be put into datasets.

Is it cheaper than buying series one by one?

Yes. The product page shows what every included series would cost one by one, and how much you save.

Is the Starter Pack really free?

Yes. Enter your email and download five wallpapers from our series. No card, no account. We'll occasionally email you about new releases, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
