Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to sell you files and support you afterwards. Nothing more.

What we collect

• Order details. Your email, what you bought and whether payment succeeded. Used to deliver your files and help with any problems.
• Account details. If you create an account, your name and password. Passwords are stored encrypted; we can't read them.
• Download records. When a file was downloaded and from which IP address. Used to stop download links from being abused.
• Messages. What you send us through the contact form.
• Newsletter. Your email, if you sign up or claim the free Starter Pack.

Checkout isn't open yet. When it opens, payment will happen entirely with the payment provider; we never see or store your bank card or payment account details.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your bag and remember your region and currency. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics or tracking scripts.

How we use it

To deliver your purchases, answer your questions, send order emails, and improve the store. If you're on our newsletter, we'll email you about new releases. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information.
• Use it for anything unrelated to this store.

Who else is involved

• Payment providers will process payments under their own privacy policies once checkout opens.
• Cloudflare carries traffic between your browser and our server.
• Our email provider delivers order and newsletter emails.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in your account at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account and the data that comes with it, except for transaction records we're legally required to keep.
